Liberty Public Schools will move into Distance Learning for Thursday 2/6 and Friday 2/7 due to a high rate of illness among staff and students. Monday 2/10 is a scheduled Distance Learning Day. After school activities for these dates will continue as scheduled at this time.
Hello all, This message is to get the proper dates out for the District Basketball Games. Liberty will be hosting Class A District Basketball Tournament on Friday 2/14/25 and Saturday 2/15/25. Day 1 - Friday 2/14/25 - Round 1 6:00pm - Girls - Liberty Vs. Afton 7:30pm - Boys - Afton Vs. Cave Springs Day 2 - Saturday 2/15/25 - Championship Round 6:00 - Girls - Cave Springs Vs. TBD from Game 1 from Friday 7:30pm - Boys - Liberty Vs. TBD from Game 1 from Friday Tickets are $8.35 Via GoFan and must be provided at the gate for workers to verify. $10 Cash Price at the event. The OSSAA sets the prices for all individuals entering the game. Only OSSAA Passes will work for OSSAA events. OCA Passes will not work. There has been a change to the times for the Caney Valley Tournament game times for tomorrow, Saturday, January 25th. The Varsity Boys will play in the championship game at 7:00 PM.

The Tiger Tykes Cheer Clinic will be held on February 3rd from 6:00-7:30 PM in the HS gym for grades PK-6th. The cost is $40 per student with an additional $25 per sibling. The students will perform what they learn at halftime of the varsity girls game on February 4th. Cost includes a shirt and bow. Payment and registration are due by January 28th. You may submit your registration and payment to the building office or to the High school office. Make checks payable to Liberty Cheer.
Bus 1 has not left campus yet. We are getting an emergency bus driver for Bus 1. It will be running as soon as possible.

Due to below freezing temperatures, frozen walkways and entryways, water line issues, and the chance for the parking lot refreezing and becoming unsafe the basketball games verse Summit Christian have been canceled and are not scheduled for make up at this time.
